2 What is housing pathways? Housing pathways takes a life course approach to the housing outcomes of New Zealand citizens Housing pathways focuses on positive and sustainable tenure change Housing pathways recognises that our key client groups have different housing pathways

3 What is the housing pathways programme? It is a new programme of work that: focuses on the housing progression of different households focuses on working in partnership with our communities recognises that the Corporation will need to work with other agencies

4 I would have never got this job without help from Housing We’re much happier now we have some choices! Why not!! Can we move this family to a bigger house? What would work out best for you? I don’t know what’s going to happen to my family I own my own house because of HNZC

5 How well developed is the programme? The Housing Pathways Strategy is under development There are a range of other projects sitting under the programme The programme is supported by an Executive- Level Steering Group

6 What does the housing pathways programme mean for the Corporation? At this stage, the implications of the programme are unclear As the Strategy becomes more developed, an assessment of the implications of the Strategy will need to be undertaken Key projects will progress as the Strategy is being developed
