how do we do that? podcast highlighting key issues in schools work Guides on the basics of schools work free resources to use in all areas of schools work articles and an academic background to our work in schools community blog sharing of resources, ideas, thinking and questions...

This week, the members map went live on the site This provides an excellent platform to seek out other local schools workers All members appear on the map

We have an extensive list of links, including who’s doing schools work, resource sites, education pages, media links...

471 people have signed up to be members so far over 18,000 unique visitors 150 average visits per day over 120,000 total hits

we held our first one day training event in 4 locations around the country this June and July it was based on the art of storytelling and how to communicate with young people through story

we’re exploring further training ideas and accredited schools work courses......which begins this month with the schoolswork academy in partnership with SWYM (South West Youth Ministries)

we produce a schools page in the Youthwork magazine we’re in touch with several agencies and organisations to jointly produce resources for schools workers (e.g. Tearfund)

a group of 8 advisors from the schools work world meet Amy & Chris twice a year to discuss progress and future plans. In the group we have a represention of schools work and education professionals including: Scripture Union, YFC, Diocesan Youth Advisors, SWYM and REToday.
