How Will Georgia EPD Develop a State Plan to Implement the CPP? Work closely with Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and the Georgia Public Service Commission to share information regarding various aspects of the rule Engage utilities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other stakeholders in discussions regarding plan approaches Meet with US EPA to discuss Georgia-specific concerns Hold public stakeholder meetings. The next stakeholder meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2015 Share information with other southeastern states Litigation over various aspects of the CPP is widely expected. EPD will continue to track legal developments as they may impact the ultimate requirements of the CPP. 14
