27-28 March Intelligent Energy - Europe (IEE) Part of the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme Objectives: Development of legislative measures needed to attain the strategic objectives in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy; Boost investment in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and energy diversification; Remove the non-technological barriers to efficient and intelligent production, transport and use of energy. Budget for the period : €730 million
