Overall percentage with good water quality? % This watershed has more polluted lakes than clean lakes, but more good rivers that bad rivers.

The amount of oil and coal being used is pretty good, and the use of hydroelectric is great. But 22.2% of the energy is fueled by gas, and 28.9% is fueled by nuclear. Nuclear is good because it doesn’t harm the environment, but it puts toxic wastes into the environment. Burning gas can cause air pollution.

The Marcellus Shale -Orange County is in the Marcellus Shale -Fracking can cause water and soil pollution. Then, we drink the water and get horribly sick!
