Embedding Charts You can embed a chart into a Word document Create the chart in Excel. Copy and then use Paste Special to paste it into Word. It can be linked to the original Excel worksheet Double click the chart to edit, click on the Word document (away from the chart) to close the edit session.

Creating a Macro Useful for automating repetitive tasks Click Tools, Macro, Record Macro Dont forget to turn it off! Give it a keyboard shortcut for ease of use – use the shift key and select a letter
