A centre of expertise in digital information managementwww.ukoln.ac.uk About This Talk The early adopters of Web 2.0 technologies and approaches are now increasingly seeing their initial adoption of Web 2.0 becoming embedded in mainstream University activities. But the risks and dangers which sceptics warned about haven't disappeared. So how should institutions go about addressing such risks in order that use of Web 2.0 approaches can provide significant and sustainable benefits? These issues will be addressed in this session. 3 Introduction
