Document endorsed. –A new Vice-Chair must be identified by mid-January. Conclusion with a few recommendations. José Achache expressed his high appreciation of the work of WGISS for the support to GEO and in particular to the GEO Architectural & Data Committee (ADC). He suggested WGISS to address the issue of merging space data with Sensor Web data.

WGEdu –Yolanda Berenguer (UNESCO, WGEdu Chair) reported on the activities of the Working Group: Education Portal developed in 2002, CEOS Principles for data provision in support of education and training, Objectives of the WGEdu 5-year Strategic Plan focused on the contribution to GEO/GEOSS.
