In 3 weeks, I will create an A3-Sized information poster with 5 photos from the internet in English, describing how exam failing children (Talemwa, 2010) from years in northern Uganda (Makuma & Mukama, 2012) can work in teams (Belbin, 2012) for 10 months to improve their final PLE (primary leaving examination) grades. In order to meet the action needs of the children: 1.The poster will contain both text and photos to suite the implementers in teams. 2.The use of attractive colors for the shapers in the teams. 3.Clear steps for effective team work to pass examinations. 4.Easy to understand vocabulary to suite the task completers to avoid time wastage.
