A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. By Alan Janney Vision statement of utilizing technology during first year of administrative placement: Technology will have a significantly expanded role within one core instructional department within school.

A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. First Goal – After surveying the departments, the department that is most open to technology (as well as the furthest behind in technology utilization) will be chosen to integrate the technology.

A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community. Second Goal – The administrator will collaborate with department chair and instructional volunteers to research regional divisions for options. After research is complete, department will vote on best technology integration option.

Third Goal – Appropriate and sufficient funding will be sought from school board and technology department.

Fourth Goal – Administrator and department chair will cooperate to demonstrate new technology implementation to teachers, as well as communicate new technology to parents and community.

Fifth Goal – Upon completion of academic year, teachers and administrator will evaluate effectiveness and make necessary changes.
