Who where the Victorians? The Victorians are named after Queen Victoria who lived from 1837 to 1910. Queen Victoria became Queen when she was only 18 years old. Also she married her cousin Albert. Fun Fact Queen Victoria tried to bathe in the sea but it didn't work because a huge wave went over her.

What was life like for a poor Victorian child? Many children worked in factories. They did jobs such as making nails and working on machinery. Children also did jobs like cleaning chimneys with a broom. Also other jobs in factories where they had to work on iron and steel. It was so hot you could see the children sweat.

What was live like for a poor Victorian child? Rich children had a much different life. Rich children were home schooled and had lovely toys. Also rich children had pets such as ponies. Rich people had a much nicer and better life in Victorian times.

Gross stuff about Victorians The Victorians used to have boxes at the bottom of the garden for thier toilets. Also there used to be man called the Soil man who used to collect peoples toilets on to their cart.
