Futurecasting Investigating your career and making predictions based on trends Making predictions of how the world might change Will this career be there when I am ready to start working? Will there be a need for this career throughout my lifetime? How will this career change in the next couple of decades?

Trend watching is vital to futurecasting because the employment outlook is changing rapidly. Changes that occur all over the world. Some trends affect us now and others in the future. Understanding the trends and thinking about how they may influence your career, you can plan how to adapt as times change.
