 St. Rose Is An Essential Safety Net Resource  With Closure of Kaiser Hayward, the fifth largest city in the bay area is threatened with not having a 911 Receiving Center (ED).  St Rose Sees a high number of uninsured patients from central and southern Alameda County.  Operational Updates have been provided to BOS at retreat and health committee over the last 18 months.
