Hardware and Software requirements I am running SQL Server 2008 Enterprise (32-bit) Evaluation edition on my system so this is what I need: CPU: Pentium III-compatible processor or faster, 2.0 GHz is recommended OS: SQL Server 2008 will run on Windows XP Professional, Vista (different editions), Server 2003 and Server I am running Windows Vista Home Premium RAM: Minimum is 512 MB, recommended is GB or more. I am currently running it on 1 GB Hard Disk: For install or upgrade of SQL Server, at least 2.0 GB of available disk space on the system drive is recommended. After burning the DVD, locate and double-click Setup.exe on the DVD to begin the installation I will save you the trouble and we will pick up with a DVD with the necessary files
