Human Computer Interaction CS/ CM 348 Fall 2010 Class Camille Riviere

 Full evaluation of the AUP Library Website.  Questions address several aspects of library resources through different research methods: On-Site Observation Questionnaire Focus Group Evaluation Usability Test Expert Review Comparative Study

 What services are most used by students?  Are the services useful for specific groups?  What potential services would be useful to add  What is the satisfaction level of users with the library services and the library website in particular?

 To gather data that will show patterns to help improve the AUP library Website and possibly identify the issues that may discourage some AUP students from using the library regularly.
