All machines in our example are identified with their short cut names. e.g. „A31“ = name of machine 31 Themes Additional Info:

We begin with the start screen All machines to be maintained are shown in this window And here you can see all pending work orders for your machines

We begin with the start screen The last inputs given to the program you can see here... With a mouse click on a day of calendar you can check all registration for that day

A central position of the software is the equipment list Click the button „equipment list“ of the quick menu

Equipment list In the equipment list you can administrate all machines and other equipment The display can also be filtered, e.g. all machines of Hall 1, or show only robots etc. With a double click you can edit the data...

Edit data of machine / equipment...or you can view stored incidents, documents, evaluations or the built in spare parts for the displayed machine or equipment.

Practical examples Now we want to show some practical examples: typical applications:

Search and display information You have to fix a problem at the robot „RO2“. The error message of the robot is displayed “measurement alarm” Go to quick menu and press the button „Show incidents“

Select data from hit list… Now you get a hit list from all machines or equipment where the search phrase “measurement alarm is included: Click on desired data set entry to show it completely

...and show desired data set: You will get now the complete report of the last same or similar problem and you just know what could be wrong and how to fix.

Input of a new incident (machine problem) You just fixed a problem at a machine and now you want to document your repair work. Go to quick menu and press the button “new incident”

Input of a new incident In this input mask you can describe the problem in short form, the machine’s name can be dragged from the equipment list

Input of a new incident The data set will be applied. If you want, you can complete it with... costs... documents, or with a detailed report (depending on complexity of the problem)

The maintenance menu : After request of menu item „Maintenance“ you can go directly to the maintenance center of the machine,...you can display all pending maintenance activities for this week,...or you can display all maintenance activities done in a defined period

The maintenance preview: In the maintenance preview / planning you can see all necessary maintenance activities for a defined period. … and of course you can print out all displayed and necessary maintenance activities

Doing maintenance After request of menu item „Maintenance“ the maintenance center of the machine appears Please click now on “Show maintenance”

Doing maintenance Now you can print out the maintenance job with the defined items And after job is done save the document into the maintenance book... Additional to each maintenance item you can store any „long text“, e.g. item: lubrication  long text: lubricate gear, lubricate motor, etc.

Example for the use of „long text“ Maintenance item “long text” which describes the maintenance job With using the word „ACTUAL“ + colon the program will ask you for the measured actual value and store it to maintenance book The long text can be saved especially for one machine, for all machines from same type, or for all machines from the same manufacturer

Display maintenance book All maintenance activities will be stored in maintenance book with date and name of worker When doing electrical inspection the software will ask for measured values and store it to maintenance book, too

Doing maintenance After expiration of the maintenance interval you will be remembered automatically for the next maintenance job ! The necessary maintenance activity will also be displayed in start screen

Graphical evaluations With the graphical evaluation you have several possibilities: Now we want to compare all machines with the amount of problems occurred

Graphical evaluations You will get a graphical overview about costs, amount of problems and much more The presentation as pie graphic is also possible

Graphical evaluations...you select the machine and evaluation period......and get the allocation (in %) of failure categories (e.g. electrical problems, mechanical problems, maintenance gap and more.

Analytical evaluations Data and facts you will get with the analytical evaluation Here you can display incidents, repair hours and costs in relation to failure categories in a selected period. As display filter you can use each field of database – also combined.

Final review With this little introduction we could show you only a few functions of the software, but we hope that we could show the basic principal of Fwin-Maintenance and how easy and intuitive the usage of the program is.
