Creating Newsfeeds Click the Newsfeeds tab Tick the categories you want Set headings (‘show category headers’) on or off Select how much material you want to show Click the ‘create newsfeed’ button YOU’RE DONE!
Adding Your Own Material Firstly, make sure you have the category you need created (add new ones using the use the ‘my categories’ tab if needed). Click on the ‘My articles’ tab. Click ‘add article’ Type your article in (or add it by pasting it in using the ‘add from word’ button). Add any pictures from the library, links and tick the ‘Tweet’ box (if enabled). YOU’RE DONE!
Putting Your Material in Other Places You can create as many newsfeeds as you want using the ‘custom feed’ facility Feeds will work on ANY website – you can use them for microsites (BUT…YOU MUST inform us if you do this. We regularly search for copyright violations! There is a small extra charge for this.) There is an even more powerful way (our ‘partner’ facility) to do this if you want to put your content on many websites at once: call us.
Complex Stuff To get the material nicely formatted and styled in your firm’s style, you’ll have to involve your IT people or webmaster. They should find it really easy. If not, our IT partners, GoTripod, will sort it out for a very modest fee
Sending E-Newsletters Set up an account at (it is free to set up. If you need a template made for you, GoTripod will do it for a very modest fee). Then tell us and we’ll get the linking codes put on your pages. (This process is to be made fully automatic shortly). Then, just tick the box to the left of the items in your newsletter and click the ‘export to ’ button. YOU’RE DONE! Your campaign is set up instantly. The system will also collect and manage subscribers for you.
