Current New Jersey Plans NJEDge is currently planning a next generation regional optical network that will support global collaborations and allow NJ researchers to successfully compete for federal research funding. Working with the NJPC to develop a research agenda for the state that will provide advanced technology infrastructure that supports research and development opportunities between academia and industry. Next generation infrastructure is needed to stimulate the economy and provide NJ with a competitive advantage.
