1. What was the first thing Morgan did before he started his McDonald’s diet? He went to see a doctor for a physical and nutritionist to help track the effects of eating so much fast food.

2. What were the rules of his diet? How long did his diet last? He had to eat everything on the menu at least once. He had to eat 3 square meals a day. He couldn’t walk more than 2 miles a day. He couldn’t eat anything not on the menu. If asked to Supersize, he had to do it. He had to do this for 1 month.

3. How was he feeling during his diet 3. How was he feeling during his diet? Explain why he felt the way he did. He began feeling very lethargic, fatigued, having pressure in his chest. Doctors said he was damaging his liver due to all the fat he was eating.

4. What were the doctors telling him to do during the diet? Not to drink his calories Take a multivitamin

5. What were his mood changes like before eating, while he was eating & after eating? Why? Before eating – Physically not good, bad mood While eating – felt better because the food tastes good After eating – energy crashes Why? Due to the sugar and fats in the food

PE was required only 1 time a week What was Morgan’s reason for going to public schools? What did he find out about the PE programs and cafeteria foods? He wanted to see how healthy the food was being served to school children and see what their choices were. PE was required only 1 time a week Most food was from cans. They only cooked 6 dishes out of 36.
