Open School, What is it? Open School is an initiative to harnesses health care students’ energy for reform. Open School supports students enrolled in health- related programs around the world, giving them the skills they need to become change agents when they enter the workforce. default.aspx

How does Open School work? Open School’s operates a ‘Chapter Network’ which gives students a way to connect with others. A Chapter can be on university or hospital campus. One student usually starts and leads each Chapter, but faculty members, deans, and health professionals can initiate Chapters as well.

Who can take part apart from students? The IHI Open School is free to all students. There are no applications and no admissions requirements. Non –students can enrol for a fee and get access to all materials NHS supports 100 licences for non-students

Current UK ‘Chapters’ Bristol University, Coventry University, East Cheshire NHS Trust, Gloucestershire Hospitals Imperial College London, Northwest Emerging Clinical Leaders Network, Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield University, Birmingham-College of Medical and Dental Sciences, University of East Anglia, University of Hertfordshire, University of Manchester, University of Nottingham, University of Oxford, University of Southampton University College London,
