DEFINITION OF RLS neurological disorder characterized by unpleasant sensations in the legs 10% of the U.S. population have RLS almost 1 million school age children affected often wrongly attribute by physicians no specific test to identify RLS

SYMPTOMS OF RLS uncomfortable sensations in the legs disrupted sleep difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep exhaustion and daytime fatigue

Causes of RLS Heredity. Pregnancy. Related conditions Peripheral neuropathy. Iron deficiency. Kidney failure.
