Study Committee SC B3 CIGRE - CNC Winnipeg, October 19, 2008 Slide 2 Study Committee B3 - Organization SC B3 comprises three Advisory Groups which support the Chairman, make recommendations and motivate decisions: a Strategic Advisory Group, a Customer Advisory Group, a Tutorial Advisory Group, The organisation scheme is now based on five Advisory Areas animated by five Area Advisors. They assist the Chairman: to coordinate the present activities of the working groups within their Advisory Area, to propose future technical activities of the SC. The Area Advisors are members of the Strategic Advisory Group. All the SC B3 working groups have Terms of Reference fulfilling the requirements of the new study committee reference model. Apart from these groups SC B3 has, jointly with the study committees A3 and B5, a Co-operation Group acting as an advisory group on topics related to two or even three study committee scopes
