Applicants should be willing to take over cooking, cleaning, washing, nursing, teaching taxi-driving, first aid, ironing, blame taking etc….. -Responsibilities : Enormous… THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEXT GENERATION!

WHAT IS STRESS? Stress is our response to situations we perceive to be threatening or demanding Stress can be dealt with however it is sometimes a challenge..

Eustress is the positive stress which motivates our everyday actions Distress can be defined as “a real or imagined imbalance between the demands on the individual or family and the individual’s or family’s ability to meet those demands.” TYPES OF STRESS?

You cannot please your kids all the time. You have to be prepared for your kids to misunderstand you and dislike you at times.

CONCLUSION It takes the right amount of tension in the strings of a violin to produce good music; if its too much tension, it will snap! Allow the stress to bring out the best in you!
