The Ongoing Value of TAB Business Vantage  Provides comparison reports  Within member’s SIC  Between an entire board  Between partners and key employees  Points out consulting opportunities  Is useful as a recruiting tool

Use as a Recruiting Tool  Give to reluctant prospects  Get your foot back in the door with the results  Point out areas, that if corrected, can make a major difference in their business and in their life, helping to motivate them to become a member

Key Reminders  The initial review of the report with a member will be:  The answers to the four questions  The organization chart  Ranking of the 10 topics vs. performance  The Planning section  TAB Business Vantage should be used again when working with your members’ SBL

Key Reminders  Custom reports can be produced for:  A member’s individual history or reports  The alignment between partners and key executives of a company  Benchmarking against other members’ industries  Researching an industry prior to an interview with a member prospect  Developing a company’s strengths and weakness statements in SBL  Board analysis for speakers and topics
