Summary of information? How it relates to the memoir? Specific aspects, details, or devices used? Figurative language indicated (if present)? Explanation of any drawings or images? Addition of images/sketches that relate? EVERY ENTRY OR ITEM NEEDS ANNOTATION OF SOME SORT!
