VS/2012/0517) START Zeitarbeit (temporary employment company) What? -Vocational training for machine and plant operator for the staff -Duration: 6 months (training on the job) -Educational objective: external examination (Chamber of Commerce) -150 hours of theory lessons in presence phases (in working) -150 hours of theory lessons in self-learning phases (in leisure), using a learning platform / e-learning -Practical part is passed at companies (=customers). Here also the practical part of the final examination takes part.

VS/2012/0517) Implementation of the training -Determined exam preparation by internal trainers -Presence phases are the basis for self-learning phases. Knowledge and the work results are observed -Evaluation of the learning status by learning platform -Double burden: "Work + Learning" is reduced by training modules such as "learning to learn" and "reducing stress + exam nerves" -Pre-condition: 3 years practical work experience (activities of an expert!) -Average age = years (a lot of them have migration background)

VS/2012/0517) Success and Results -Low drop-out rate -Failure rate = 0 -Approx. 50% of participants get a fixed job with the qualification at companies (=customers). -Large image factor for temporary employment (target for in society as a whole) -Employees can be employed for better (qualified) jobs -Employees have saver jobs in crisis times -Guarantee for employment after a successful qualification for the staff
