Subpart M – Fall Protection 1926. 501 Non-compliance of fall protection Unprotected sides or edges higher than 6 ft or more above a floor level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems Source: National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health

Subpart X – Stairways and Ladders Non-compliance of the ladder The top or the top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step Cross bracing on the rear section of stepladder shall not be used for climbing on both front and rear sections Source: OSHA

Subpart L - Scaffolds 1926 . 451 (g) (4) (ii) Non-compliance of bridging scaffolds When two or more scaffolds are used they shall not be bridged to one or another unless designed to be Source: OSHA
