Hazard: Employees were exposed to hazard of being struck by pieces of exploding PVC pipe. Standard: 5(a)(1), General Duty Clause Abatement: Replace PVC with black iron pipe. Non-Compliance

Standard: Subpart P - 29 CFR 1926.651 (j)(2) Abatement: Spoil pile must be moved at least 2 feet from the edge of the excavation. Non-Compliance

Non-Compliance Standard: Subpart E – 29 CFR 1926.100 (a) The worker is wearing his hard hat which is in compliance.
