Successful strategy

Goal To reinforce and extend our lead and get ahead of the trends that are driving growth in our industry. Strategy SUPERIOR NETWORKS Verizon helped usher in this innovative era in 2010 with the launch of their 4G LTE wireless network, which delivers the speed and capacity required for wireless data and video.

2013, Verizon's 4G LTE network covered nearly 89 percent of the U.S. population, and we expect to cover nearly our entire 3G network footprint by the end of this year. Result

Goals Increase revenue, increasing the customer service quality, and take advantage of resign contract customers of competitors, and make them our customers, in this way also increase the revenue and market share.

Strategy Use one of our strengths, that is the customer service quality to have new customers that are dislike with the service of the competitors, in this way we can increase the revenue and also our market share.

Results Increased the revenue 4-7%, and increased also our market share 1-4% decreasing the competitors market share.
