3 PROPOSED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM MAIN CHARACTERISTICS Five main characteristics (1)Configuration of small groups (2)Location (3)Two educational levels: Basic and Advanced (4)Educational material (5)Supervision of the progress of the Program

4 PROPOSED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM MAIN CHARACTERISTICS (1)Configuration of small groups - Improvement of communication - Usage of language in daily occurrences of the working environment The program is addressed to: Greek-speaking personnel and Non-Balkan language-speaking personnel

5 PROPOSED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM MAIN CHARACTERISTICS (2)Location At the banking branches premises - in Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, other Greek regions) - abroad (locally in the Balkan countries)

6 PROPOSED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM MAIN CHARACTERISTICS (3) Two educational levels (depending on the previous knowledge of the trainees) - Basic - Advanced Characteristics for both levels Integration time: two + two weeks Courses: five courses per week - each course lasts 5 hours – 25 hours per week and 100 educational hours in total per level

7 PROPOSED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM MAIN CHARACTERISTICS (4) Educational Material It can also be used as a reference material (5) Supervision for the progress of the Program - Central supervision by compiling plans of working papers - Compilation of Progress and Follow-up Reports in regular time intervals

8 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES FOR BANKING WORKS Basic and Advanced Levels - Languages: English and Greek Educational Program 100 hours in Athens and Thessaloniki Educational Program 100 hours in other Greek regions Educational Program 100 hours in Balkan countries (Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Moldavia, Serbia, Montenegro) Basic and Advanced Levels - Languages: Other languages and Turkish Educational Program 100 hours in Athens and Thessaloniki Educational Program 100 hours in other Greek regions Educational Program 100 hours in Balkan countries (Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Moldavia, Serbia, Montenegro) Notes: Minimum number of trainees is 5 persons. Educational fees include Educational Material and cost for the realization of courses in banks and/or any other Institutions premises.
