The scale balances

We go to buy fresh fruit to make a fruit salad. We watch the greengrocer weigh the fruit. Back at school we weigh the fruit ourselves.

We buy lots of fruit

We weigh the pears

We increase the weights gradually

The scale balances

We weigh the oranges

We continue increasing the weights till we get the right weights

We chop the fruit and make a fruit salad
