A Complimentary Monetary System

Structure of the KMT Pipeline This non profit organization is structured to influence international commerce and trade. We use a multitude of platforms and trading floors to achieve these goals ranging from exchanges to micro managed commerce communities and markets. We developed the KMT Tradex software which interact with sophisticated software on international exchanges such as Forex, Bloomberg, Eurex, Niko and other interfaces.

The KMT Pipeline Subsidiary Corporation: The Onyx Stock Exchange, Inc. KMT Pipeline Development Corp. Agriculture Distribution Management Corp. Kemetic Energy Corp. Nubian Telecommunications, Inc.

The Companies The Onyx Stock Exchange will be registered with the African Stock Exchange Association and will facilitate IPO, Commodities, futures and other instruments will be sold on this market. The KMT Pipeline Development Corp will assist administrations of different states to adjust to the KMT Pipeline while offering assistance with public financing solutions for sovereign nations.

The Companies Agriculture Distribution Management Corp monitors agriculture products being grown and distributed on the continent of Africa and around the world. It purchases surplus from farmers on the continent and re-distributes the commodities where needed. Nubian Telecommunications is dedicated to placing over 300 MDS stations and communication satallite in space to assist the continent with its communication needs which allows more affordable communication options to the continent.

Contracts with the Governments Our M.O.U.s are structured to allow the different governments on the continent to facilitate trade among each other through the KMT Tradex Market Place. This allows millions of transaction to take place. Our campaign is set to cover 57 countries in engaging trade while using our software and completing trade agreements established for over 18 years among the different countries.

Kemetic Pipeline Examination of Sustainable Activities We reach out to these nations to assess and identify the indigenous peoples percentage of engagement with issues negatively impacting the African Diaspora and bring solutions to address these issues. These issues include but are not limited to the following: Food, Water, and Hygiene Safe Shelter for Habitation Exercise and Relaxation Mental Health Jobs and Manufacturing Education Transportation

Target Audience On February 1, 2010 we launched our campaign to establish agreement with nations located in the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and the rest of the third worlds. Kemetic Pipeline will leave commissioners and administrators with each nation to serve their needs through the KMT Development Corp.

Membership Programs Kemetic Tradex Market Place TM has many trading floors. These trading floors allow for transactions to take place at every level of business. The Consumer Market Community are expected to grow to 2.5 million subscriber with the year of 2011 while the Proprietors, Merchant, and Agent trading floors are expected to expand to 900 thousand merchants and agents. Consumer Market Community - Allows our members to purchase goods and services from the Proprietors, and Agent Trading Floors. Proprietor's Trading Floor - Allows the business person to purchase goods from an Agent or Merchant Trading Floor, then sell products to Consumer. Merchant Trading Floor - Allows the Merchant to purchase goods from other Merchants wholesale, then sell products to proprietors and Consumers. Agent Trading Floor - Assist in the sale of goods from Merchant to Merchant/Proprietors and sometimes the Consumer depending on the type of products being purchased. Manufacturer - Sells goods that they Manufacture to the Proprietors, Merchants or Agents. The Kemetic Tradex Software is design to handle the transactions and the logistics of shipping and handling. Market Places like the Kemetic Tradex Market Place or The Onyx Stock Exchange transactions.

Goals and Purpose Induce trading of goods on our trading floors: Merchant Floor Proprietor Floor Agents Floor Broker Floor Will boost participating economies by 30%. Establishing effective points of entry for our participants makes for an easy engagement of commerce.
