A client side installed application.  The platform is ready and widely available for most popular devices in the market such as: Nokia, Sony Ericson, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Blackberry, and much more. All J2ME 2.0 (cldc 1.1) capable devices. All Pocket PC capable devices (windows mobile 2005 up). Will be available soon : Android and Apple I-Phone.  Only 280 Kb in its installation size, and need only 1.5 Mb of application heap memory to run effectively.
