The students have the opportunity to study vocal or instrumental music and also plastic arts and sculpture. It is the only school of art in the county of Salaj and it supports many cultural and artistic projects, along with projects involving general knowledge.

We find it very important that the little artists should have the opportunity to learn about all the general aspects of reality, to learn about modern technology or history in order to become citizens of tomorrow's society.

Students are encouraged to participate in various contests of arts or general knowledge. This school takes an important part in all cultural manifestations of the city of Zalau and in the development of the neighborhood Dumbrava.
