Review of Capitol Hill Landscape  Currently Congress is out on a 2 week district recess. On Tuesday, April 13th, they return to Washington, DC.  Cutting budgets, reducing the deficit, stimulating the economy, and creating jobs will be top of mind among Members of Congress.  The level of partisanship and party feuding has steadily increased as a result of the sweeping healthcare bill being passed.  FY 2011 appropriations process will be in full swing.  Education reform hearing will be underway.
