In turn, share the three things you like about your partner, and then ask them to tell you what they like about themselves. Are they the same or different? Are you surprised?

Homework Chat Show Role play Write a script for a chat show on which people bring you their problems. One part will need to take the role of Dionne who explains her feelings, while the other is the chat show host who gives advice. You will need to think about: What feelings Dionne has. Why the situation might cause her to feel these things (using what you know about change). What she is already doing that helps her change her feelings. What else could she could try.
