9.2 HSE Management System (HSEMS)  Provides the standard safety procedures and guidelines to be performed and adopted  Mandatory and applied to all parties that undertaking the scope of work under the projects  Specific job specification, industry guidelines, standards and codes under the Malaysian statutory requirement has to be followed  Any deviation or non-compliance should be justified and formally approve by relevant parties Company Logo

9.3 Safety and Risk Management  Should be applied for all the activities throughout the operation, including the contractor or third parties  All identified concerned risk on chemicals should be listed in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and operation safety in the Hazards Effect Register (HER) Company Logo

9.7 Environmental Management  Environment Waste Management 1.Solid waste will be limited by recycling and reuse 2.Strict control measurement to ensure adequate dilution and dispersion 3.Prediction on aqueous discharges from drilling and production to be only limited  Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) 1.Prepared in parallel with detailed technical studies of the overall project feasibility 2.Helps on assess potential environmental impacts of the project option 3.Provide mitigation measurement Company Logo

9. 8 Sustainable Development  Reservoir Management - Shall be ready in place before field is handed to operation team  Production Technology - Operations team will maintain active and close communication with the RM team and supply various operating limits and updates  Drilling and Completion Implementation Plan - Ensure the drilling operations does not exceed the time limit and trajectory are close as pre-planned Company Logo
