World Language Courses:  Beginning and Intermediate Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, or Spanish* I & II [*hybrid/total distance courses available]  French or Spanish Conversation  Introduction to Arabic, Chinese, French or Spanish Cultures  Introductory Medical Spanish

Why high school students take college world languages:  Earn college and high school credit at the same time. One semester of college = one year of high school. One semester of college = one year of high school.  Take a language not offered in high school.  Get adjusted to college environment before leaving home.  Experience a higher level of learning.  Learn a language for travel or future career.
