Afterschool Nutrition Program Authorized for Florida (and the rest of the nation) in the 2010 Healthy, Hunger- Free Kids Act!

Afterschool Nutrition Program USDA federal nutrition program Helps with the cost of providing meals and snacks

Currently administered in Florida by the Department of Health Child Care Food Program (CCFP) Administering State Agency Child Care Food Program— Child Care Centers Homeless Children Nutrition Program Afterschool Nutrition Program (ANP)

– Provides the nutrition children need to learn, play and grow at afterschool programs – Meant for children in low-income areas. PURPOSE

–This federal program provides reimbursements to organizations that serve eligible snacks and meals to children at eligible sites. PURPOSE $ $ $ $ $ $
