HOW DO ICTS HELP IMPROVE EDUCATION?  Computers and internet can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education at all levels and in both formal and non_formal settings. Using technologies tools help people to enhance learning process and communicate, create, store and manage information. These technologies are computers, internet, broadcasting technologies ( radio and television), and telephony.

WEB_BASED LEARNING  It is a subset of e_ learning and refers to training, Using an internet mainly using a browser ( such as chrome or firefox or internet explorer).

BLOGGING A personal publishing tool that means any individual or group can publish on The web and receive feedback from others. Plug-ins enables you to embed Resources such as images, YouTube videos and Slideshare presentations

THE IMPORTANCE OF USING THIS TOOL  Technology is a tool to enhance learning. In order for students to be successful in postsecondary education and the workplace, students need to use technology tools throughout their elementary, middle, and high school programs. Students need to be comfortable using current technology as a tool for learning. Change in technology is rapid. Equipment and operation systems purchased now will quickly become obsolete. Proper and farsighted selection and purchases coupled with annual strategic planning can improve the effectiveness and extend the productive life of the equipment placed in the educational environment. Such progress can be achieved only with a focused approach to the integration of technology and life cycle management throughout the school system. Blogging’s are good tools in order students Begin to improve their learning in the school

TECHNOLOGY FOR ENGLISH TEACHING  The institutions or schools, when they perform the focus of technologies in their respective curriculums the education is effective and meaningful and these tools are innovative solutions to the new learners using ICTs. There are many technologies tools that they are relevant for the learning process as innovative solutions for the academic context, the software blogs: this web 2.0 helps the students and the teachers as methods of teaching and learning the target language. When we use this tool it has become in an interesting tool in the classroom, and it does not matter if we learn or teach in educative environments, where one can be face to face or e- learning. Actually, I think this tool is the best in English teaching software, so that we can offer resources such as images, YouTube videos and Slideshare presentations in order to use them for our lesson planning
