Remember Events Planning helps you remember events. When you have a plan, it’s harder to procrastinate. When you procrastinate, you put off doing something.

Prioritize Planning helps you prioritize. When you prioritize, you put tasks in order. You order them from first to last, or from most to least important.

Reach Goals A plan gives you a feeling of accomplishment.

Reach Goals As you complete each part of your plan, you can cross it off. You can say, “I’m that much closer to my goal.”

Covering All the Bases Part of your career plan should focus on how you’re going to pay for your education or training. You may need to explore ways to raise money.

Be Prepared and Be Flexible When you make a plan, you want to try to think of everything that might affect it. Remember to keep your eye on your goal and be flexible.

Attitude Counts Teamwork The right attitude will make your team a success. A good tip for effective teamwork: Respect your teammates and you’ll find they will do the same for you.
