Québec City itinerary February 4-6, 2011 Sunday, February 06, :00 AMBreakfast and orientation at the hotel with your tour leader, followed by check-out. 9:00 AMSee how guests stay warm in the themed suites of the Hotel de Glace. 10:00 AMTime for lunch and to explore Old Quebec and the Carnival sites on your own (lunch is at individual expense). 1:00 PMHugs and handshakes as you bid farewell to your tour leader and head back home. 10:30 PMApproximate time of arrival back at your school.

How much will it cost? $499 US / 40 participants The price could vary depending on the number of students that end up going. As a rule, $75.00 US/ $75.00 CDN should be sufficient spending money for a 3 day “all inclusive” program. Money may be changed upon arrival, but it will infringe upon some of your “free” time.

What is included in the tour price? We’re glad you asked! Roundtrip transportation via luxury motorcoach.). Hotel Accommodations as per your budget. Exact location confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Breakfasts & dinners, as per the itinerary. All meals en route are at individual expense. 1 Tour leader per motorcoach, with the group 24 hours a day. Admission to all services as per the itinerary (includes tax and gratuities). Private group night time security in the hotel.

What is included in the tour price? Jumpstreet Tours maintains 25 million dollars general liability insurance and 5 million dollars Errors and Omissions (professional) liability insurance. (Transportation suppliers furnish their own liability insurance). 24 hour access to Jumpstreet Headquarters while on tour. Jumpstreet baggage tags and emergency lanyard with contact card. Your money is placed in a Bonded Trust account. All itinerary contents are subject to availability at time of initial deposit. Optional : Refund Guarantee Protection Plan Medical and/or Cancellation Insurance

Cost detail The number of students that participate will affect the price per student for the trip. The biggest shared cost of the motorcoach, the more students travel per coach, the less expensive it is for everyone. When students cancel at the last minute, reducing total numbers, it causes the price to increase for the remaining students. Therefore, your deposit will only be refundable if a replacement can be found.

Optional cost: Refund Guarantee Protection This is not an insurance product. The RGP is EXCLUSIVE to Jumpstreet and offers complete trip cancellation for any reason, at any time! The rule is simple; you can cancel when you want. Any reason is a good reason. One condition; the RGP must be purchased and paid for by the first deposit due date. The RGP includes: Trip cancellation at any time, whatever the reason Medical insurance. The « medical insurance » portion is contracted through Travel Guard.
