9 Payment Schedule Deposit of $250 per person for tours within Canada or $500 per person for International tours due at time of booking Final payment due 60 days prior to travel Flights and some special events (performances, workshops) may require an additional deposit A single payment form on behalf of the group is requested What is the payment schedule? A deposit of $250 per participant (including chaperones) is due when the contract is signed Final payment for the remaining amount is due no less than 90 days prior to travel One cheque for each payment should be made on behalf of the group. Cheques for individual participant fees will not be accepted. Some incentive offers and specialty activities/events may require a larger deposit.

10 Individual Cancellations
More than 90 days before travel Deposit non-refundable 61 – 90 days before travel $25 fee per person and 50% of total non-refundable Less than 60 days before travel 100% non-refundable What is the individual cancelation policy? Please note that the cancellation of individuals from the program may result in a higher cost for the remaining participants More than 90 days prior to departure refunds are not available for any non-refundable payments made to vendors or other suppliers (bus companies, hotels etc.) 90 days to 61 days prior to departure there is a service charge of $25 per passenger and no refunds on 50% of the total cost of the tour or the total of non-refundable payments made to vendors or other suppliers (whichever is greater) 60 days prior to, including and after departure date refunds are not available for 100% of the total cost of the tour – all money due and/or paid to Rendez-Vous Canada

11 Chaperones 1 free chaperone for every 10 paying participants
(Airfare is covered if flights are booked through RVC) Additional chaperones welcome (at full cost) Attend/participate in all activities Can parents travel with the group? RVC requires a ratio of 1 chaperone for every 10 participants, and provides free travel for chaperones within this ration (includes air if booked by RVC) Additional chaperones are welcome at an additional cost Chaperones are required to attend/participate in all activities For further details on travelling as a chaperone visit the RVC website at
