Mortgage Protection Life Insurance Do You believe it is important? Lets face it. Life insurance is boring and no FUN! We all walk into the sunset someday. YES, you have some questions Can your family afford to live without you ?

What I know Life Insurance has to be affordable There has to be a need to protect someone You need to understand what you are buying You want the process to be simple What drives an insurance agent crazy ! You wait for your first heart attack before you are interesting in purchasing life insurance You want a $1,000,000 policy, but only want to spend $10.00 month

What else I know? Your life is going to change over time sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse. You will never adequately plan for the unpredictable. BENEFIT: You can make sure your family can afford to payoff the mortgage and stay in the home.

What type of life insurance should I buy?

Probably not, but I have hundreds. So you can have as many as you want! –I can buy a term life policy, but it might expire? –Whole life is more expensive, but “Cash Value” sounds pretty good? –I don’t trust my insurance agent? –I never learned this stuff in school! Will a brochure help?

One simple answer If this is your first time buying life insurance start off with something simple!!! Where do I do research so I do not make a mistake? Listen to my parents? My neighbor? Call my doctor? Google it? Read 100 articles? Pray at church? Ignore it all together? Think about it forever?

Making a Decision When you die, we imagine you don’t want to leave your family destitute, hounded by debt collectors, needing to sell the family farm just to pay for food. Well, that’s where life insurance comes in. Not all life insurance is bad — it can be fantastic — but a strong-armed salesperson who preys on your emotions might take you for more than you can afford, and a policy that doesn’t fit your family’s needs. I am going to give you 15 things you may not know — or that you need to know — about life insurance. This will give you the basic foundation to start determining how you will buy life insurance!!

My 'Quick-Sale' Insurance Plan Buy a 10 year term policy... Pick a coverage you can afford... This is your starting point, you can always change programs. Start investigating the benefits of all policies... a) Term vs Whole Life b) Living Benefits c) “Cash Value” & Retirement planning with Life Insurance d) Tax-Advantages Protecting Your Family is the Goal... I could spend days going over concepts and plan options. Why you should do this or that. All the great joys life insurance brings to your world! But at the end of the day you need to believe it is important! Our Goal/Your Goal is to protect your family first. From there it is up to you how to move forward!!
