In 1991, a group of specialists in electrical engineering and IT systems have funded the PROBIT Company, as a manufacturing company involved in production of electronic modules and programmable logic controllers. Since 1991 till present the company has performed successful projects in process instrumentation and control field, such as:  Automation boards and panels for pumps control  Instrumentation, control and monitoring systems - SCADA  PLC manufacturing.  Automation systems design In 1995 it starts as a manufacturer of electrical panels and boards and as an erection company, involved in electrical and water networks projects. Since 1995 till present the company was involved in many projects covering different fields such as:  Medium Voltage connections and switchgears supply and installation  Low Voltage switchgears and panels manufacturing and commissioning  Automation and control plants  Diesel Generators supply and installation  Control and communication systems  Lighting systems – civil, industrial and architectural  Safety and access control systems  Plant Installation and Commissioning In February 2001, the managers of those two companies along with the new shareholders, as professionals within general contracting management field, have decided to establish a holding structure managed by PROBIT ING, a new company founded in 2001, having as a target the complex projects in the field of public utilities and also large industrial utilities.
