ABTS established in 1995 is engaged in engineering services such as design, testing and commissioning works of substation up to and including 400 KV in various countries, Project Management, Metro Rail Projects etc.

7. UNIQUE DESIGN FEATURE Consequent to our association with Hirose Co; Japan, our panels have unique design features. Thus, the basic functions of switchgear that is protection, which is to prevent interruption due to short- circuit and overload fault currents while maintaining service to unaffected circuits, is totally ensured.

8. INFRASTRUCTURE Modern plant of about 648 sq.mtrs area, in an Industrial area about 35 Kms from Hyderabad.

9. Cont. Well equipped testing facilities to carry out all relevant tests as per IEC: Power frequency voltage up to 100 KV. Asahi plant has a capacity of manufacturing approximately 200 switchboards per month..

10. Cont. Dust & Water Proof Flooring: Complete Asahi Shop Floor is painted with Epoxy coating to make clean shop floor for manufacturing Switchgear Panels. To keep the shop floor clean, all employees leave shoes outside and wear safety shoes before entering into the shop floor without fail.

11. UNITIZED SUBSTATION Our Unitized Distribution Substation (UDS) is a versatile, proven and unique solution to electrical power distribution problems in industrial plants and buildings with requirements that cannot be met by the conventional substations.
