All healthcare staff at NMCP are MANDATED REPORTERS!!! This means we are responsible for assessing if a patient is a victim of abuse or neglect. We are MANDATED to report child abuse and neglect. We are also MANDATED to report cases of domestic violence with imminent danger. This means we are responsible for assessing if a patient is a victim of abuse or neglect. To utilize CANAREES double click on the icon and log-in. Your Username and Password depends on your specific work space. A reference list is provided on the log-in page. CANAREES DOES NOT electronically SUBMIT the report. You must CALL CPS, PRINT the CANAREES report, and FAX it to FAP (do not fax the report to CPS).

Open reports will be deleted after 24 hours. Once reports are completed, they cannot be reopened.
