United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific MCED 2000 Held in Kitakyushu, Japan from 31 August to 5 September 2000, with the participation of 31 Ministers from 61 ESCAP member and associate members Ministerial Declaration Regional Message to Rio + 10 Regional Action Programme National/subregional/ regional actions in priority areas, including environmental quality and human health, among others Kitakyushu Initiative Mechanism for the priority implementation of RAP , with specific focus on environmental quality and human health in urban areas.
