New Member Reporting Immediately after receipt of dues from new member. When Send New Member Report and ZI DuesTransmittal Forms to District 12 Treasurer. Include dues for BOTH District 12 and ZI. District Treasurer will forward report and dues to ZI. How Until ZI and D12 receive dues they are not official members and will not receive the benefits of membership, Zontian magazine and access to Member Resources on the ZI website and liability insurance. Allows the OMC chair to identify clubs in need of assistance. District 12 Internal Communications Chair –This information is what is used to update our membership database. That is also the information used to create our District 12 Directory.
