SYSTEM

System Up Time CR004 and CR005 release 27/3/13 Upgrade to the Portal release 1.6 went ahead on 31/5/13 (evening) This included CR38 to CR41 (for discussion later)

Status of System Help Desk Calls

Calls January and February 2013 are significantly higher than the same time period in March has come back down to a similar level as previously seen. The information found relating to Jan and Feb data needs to be looked at to prevent (where possible) users having to make the same calls in Some further analysis is required; however initial feedback is related to the following:

Calls Annual submissions going in (some of the points below are more specific) Guidance notes request as link not readily available Radioactivity submissions adding and removing Waste submissions adding and removing Nil returns As always each call cannot be directly compared in sense of time to complete and complexity.

CHANGES

Outstanding Change Requests Changes 4 and 5 are currently now implemented Current status Change 6 – FOR DISCUSSION
